【组织介绍】

【背景介绍】
The ILO project Quality Apprenticeship and Lifelong Learning in China, in collaboration with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, employers’ and workers’ organizations, aims to reduce job-skill mismatches and enhance youth employability against labour market changes and technological development. The project consists of three main components: research, capacity building and the adaptation of relevant ILO tools for apprenticeship and skills development.
【岗位一】 促进有关中国新学徒计划报告撰写的研究
一、工作目标：
Collect and analyze data to reflect the situation of apprenticeship training in China, particularly China New Apprenticeship Program, for research report writing from late October 2020 to January 2021.
二、工作产出
3 research notes completed and submitted to ILO CO-Beijing before 15 November 2020;
1 semi-structured interview proposal completed and submitted to ILO CO-Beijing before 15 November 2020;
1 data analysis note (including data visualization) completed and submitted to ILO CO-Beijing before 15 December 2020;
4 drafted good practice cases/research summaries (in Chinese and English) completed and submitted to ILO CO-Beijing before 20 January 2021
三、岗位要求：
教育背景：具有硕士或博士学位，专业方向为社会政策、发展研究、教育、政治学、经济学或社会科学中的任何相关学科，侧重于中国和/或职业教育政策的优先
工作经验：拥有至少三年从事和支持社会政策研究的经验，同时拥有定性和定量研究经验，最好有访谈经验；
工作技能：具有收集、分析和可视化数据的经验，最好精通Stata，R等软件；
工作语言：中文和英文

【岗位二】制作宣传产品以支持项目沟通
一、工作目标：
Produce vivid and accurate newsletters, infographics, short video clips and other advocacy products to be publicized on traditional and social media for project communication.
二、工作产出
4 project newsletters completed and submitted respectively before the end of October 2020,December 2020, March 2021 and May 2021;
6 infographics completed and submitted before the end of November 2020, February 2021 and May 2021, with 2 respectively;
6 animated light video clips completed and submitted before the end of December 2020, February 2021 and April 2021, with 2 respectively;
4 blog-style stories of China New Apprenticeship Program in Chinese and English respectively completed and submitted from January to May 2021
三、岗位要求：
教育背景：具有硕士或博士学位，专业方向为新闻传播、国际关系、公共关系或其他相关领域
工作经验：
（1）拥有至少两年通过各种媒体制作传播战略和宣传材料的相关经验；
（2）具有针对不同受众的沟通工作经验者优先；
（3）具有联合国系统内交流工作经验者优先；
工作技能：
（1）在图形设计方面具有丰富的设计、制作和发布经验，熟练掌握制图软件（如InDesign，Illustrator，Photoshop等）；
（2）熟练掌握所需的音频/视频制作工具；
工作语言：中文和英文
