学术会议｜“量词研究新视野”国际研讨会@10月5日截稿

    由武汉大学文学院主办的“量词研究新视野：东亚及东南亚量词研究国际学术研讨会（线上+线下）”将于2022年12月2日至3日在武汉大学文学院召开。

会议主题

本次会议的议题包括（但不限于以下议题）：

一、量词与认知

二、量词的句法与语义

三、量词与数范畴

四、量词的演化

五、量词与语言接触

六、量词的习得与教学

会议形式

会议采用口头报告形式，工作语言为中文/英文。报告人围绕相关话题进行20分钟的口头报告和10分钟的问答。

论文摘要提交程序与重要日期

1） 匿名中文或英文摘要300-500字（含参考文献），统一提交PDF格式。请在邮件中详细写明作者的姓名、单位、职位、电子邮箱等信息。

2）摘要统一以电子邮件方式发送至以下邮箱:00033912@whu.edu.cn，邮件标题请注明作者姓名和单位。

3）投稿截止日期：2022年10月5日

4）投稿截止日期过后，会议主办方将组织专家对论文摘要进行匿名评审，参会邀请将在2022年10月20日前发出。

5）报到日期：12月1日-2日

6）离会日期：12月3日晚-12月4日

会议费用

本次会议无注册费。线下参会学者会议期间的食宿由主办方统一安排，交通费用由参会者自理。

Call for abstracts

New Perspectives in Studies of Classifiers: Workshop on Classifiers in East and Southeast Asian Languages

Date: December 2-3, 2022

Venue: Hybrid (on-site and online)

College of Chinese Language and Literature, Wuhan University

In response to a sustained interest in classifiers in East and Southeast Asian languages and the new developments in both empirical and methodological aspects in studies of classifiers, the College of Chinese Language and Literature of Wuhan University will host a workshop on classifiers in East and Southeast Asian languages. The aim is to further the state-of-the-art in this topic as regards both theoretical and empirical research.

The workshop is dedicated to a discussion of the following topics (the list of topics can be expanded):

I. Classifiers and cognition

II. Syntax and semantics of classifiers

III. Classifiers and number marking

IV. Evolution of classifiers

V. Classifiers and language contact

VI. Classifier teaching and acquisition

We welcome abstracts in all areas related to classifiers in East and Southeast Asian languages. Abstracts can be written in English or Chinese and should not exceed 500 words (including references). Please send your anonymized abstract in PDF format to 00033912@whu.edu.cn with the name,  professional title, affiliation and email address of the author(s) in the email.

Form of participation:

The workshop will be held in a hybrid form (on-site/online). Each presentation will last 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes for discussion.

4) Notification of acceptance: Oct 20, 2022.

Conference Fees

There is no registration fee for this workshop. Accommodation for on-site participants will be arranged by the organizers during the workshop.
