投资部-HRBP实习生

招聘要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源、心理学和法律相关专业优先。

2. 学习能力较强，工作积极主动有责任心，条理性强，有良好的沟通表达能力。

3. 熟练使用各种office工具与办公软件, 尤其是Excel或PPT。

4. 有人力资源专业背景或相关实习经验优先考虑，prefer职业规划为HR的同学。

5. 尽快入职优先，每周3天以上优先，持续3个月以上，能长期实习者优先（时间不符合者请勿投递）。

岗位职责：

1. 协助参与招聘工作，如招聘广告发布、简历搜寻、电话初筛、高层候选人挖掘、协调面试安排及跟进。

2. 独立end to end负责投资部门实习生招聘、录用及日常管理工作。

3. 协助参与人力资源管理工作，如人才盘点、月度汇报等。

4. 协助HR经理完成相关人力资源数据分析及报告。

5. 协助HR经理完成投资项目投前投后的人力资源相关工作，协助完成人力资源尽调报告。

1.Responsible for the implementation of the company's algorithm engineering and interface development.
2.Design mathematical model.
